This is a good quote.This quote means that if you know that something bad do not do it.Also that if you know that something is not true do not say it.An example is that when your friends start saying rumors about other people  do not say anything because you don't  know if it is true.Another example is when your friends are smoking you know that is wrong so don't do it.This quote about you making the right decisions.Also you know that if you CTR  you are going to have bad consequence.This quote is very helpful because you know that is true and that you need to CTR.
